Obsidian Watches Return and Refund Policy
At Obsidian Watches, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every timepiece you purchase from us. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and refund process. Please read the following policy carefully:
Return Eligibility:
- You may return your watch within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, your watch must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
Return Process:
- Contact our customer service team at (obsidianwatches1@gmail.com) to initiate the return process.
- Our customer service team will provide you with a return authorization number (RA number) and instructions on how to proceed with the return.
- Securely package the watch in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
- Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Refund Process:
- Once we receive your returned watch and verify its eligibility, we will process your refund within 2 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Exchanges:
- If you wish to exchange your watch for a different model or variant, please indicate this when contacting our customer service team. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Customized or engraved watches are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
